1 Overview
UdyamRegistration.Services offers MSME Udyam Registration assistance for a flat service fee of ₹3,000. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances refunds are issued, how to request one, and the applicable timelines. We encourage clients to contact us at care@udyamregistration.services before raising any payment dispute.
2 When Refund is Eligible
- Duplicate payment: Charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error — duplicate amount refunded in full within 7 working days.
- Service not initiated: If we have not started processing your application and you cancel within 24 hours of payment, a full refund will be issued.
- Service failure on our end: If we are unable to complete registration due to an error solely caused by our team (not portal issues or incorrect client data), a refund will be assessed.
- Accidental payment: If paid by mistake and the application has not been initiated, contact us within 12 hours. We will evaluate and process a refund at our discretion.
3 Non-Refundable Situations
Our consultancy fee is earned upon initiating the application process. The following are explicitly non-refundable.
- Application initiated: Once our team has started processing your application, the service fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Certificate delivered: No refund after your Udyam Certificate has been generated and delivered.
- Client incorrect information: Rejection, delay, or failure due to wrong Aadhaar, PAN, address, or other client-provided data.
- OTP not shared: Client was unreachable or did not share the required OTP, preventing completion.
- Client ineligibility: The enterprise does not meet MSME eligibility criteria under current rules.
- Government portal issues: Delays or failures caused by portal downtime or technical issues at udyamregistration.gov.in.
- Change of mind: No refund if a client simply decides they no longer require the certificate after the process is initiated.
4 How to Request a Refund

- Include your full name, registered mobile number, registered email, and payment transaction ID.
- Explain the reason clearly and attach any supporting documentation.
- Our team will acknowledge within 2 working days and communicate a decision within 7 working days.
5 Refund Processing Timeline
- Duplicate payment: 5–7 working days after confirmation.
- Service not initiated: 7–10 working days after approval.
- Service failure: 10–15 working days after assessment.
- Bank/UPI credit: Additional 3–7 working days after processing, depending on your bank.
6 Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if our team has partially completed the registration but is unable to finish due to circumstances beyond our control. The partial amount will be determined at our discretion based on work completed and communicated to you before processing.
7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks without first contacting us. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks for services genuinely rendered may result in legal action and permanent blacklisting from our platform. If a chargeback is raised while a refund request is being processed, the refund process will be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
