I submitted the form but haven't received my certificate. What do I do?

First, check your spam/junk email folder. If the certificate is not there, please contact us with your application reference number or the mobile number used during registration. We'll track and resolve it within 24 hours.

Can I get my certificate if I lost my URN?

Yes. Visit the official Udyam Portal → Print/Verify → Print Udyam Certificate. Enter your registered mobile for OTP. If you still can't retrieve it, contact us with your Aadhaar number and we'll help trace your registration.

My mobile number has changed. How do I update it?

Mobile number changes require visiting the official Udyam portal and completing Aadhaar-based OTP verification with your new number. Contact us with your URN and we'll guide you through the process.

What is your service fee?

Our flat service fee is ₹3,000 for complete end-to-end Udyam Registration assistance. This covers documentation, form filling, OTP handling, and certificate delivery. Please note: the government charges ₹0. Our fee is for professional assistance only.
